A warm welcome to join our community as we gather in a weekly dance meditation. A journey of bringing body, mind and heart into relationship as we deepen our connection to ourselves and each other. Releasing that which does not serve and calling in all that supports us. Connecting to the life force within and around, as we creatively engage with that which matters most to us. We can explore and express new possibilities and expand into a greater sense of presence and inner balance. Participants are welcome to stay for a cup of tea after the dance. Please bring a small donation. ***Some Wednesday sessions may be special events such as Equinox/ Solstice/ Full Moon/ New Moon Dances.

WHEN:
Weekly Wednesday evenings, 7:30-9:45pm
Doors open at 7:15pm to give you time to arrive and warm up.
Doors close at 7:40pm.
Opening circle around 7:40/7:45pm and we finish at 9:45pm.

£13 per class / 10 classes for £100 / 5 classes for £55 – valid for a year
