Come join us for a fabulous day out, packed with interesting talks, workshops and an awesome market place at the MindBodySpirit Wellbeing Festival. Founded in 1977, the festival remains the largest and longest running event of its kind in the world. We will offer a dance meditation journey connecting you to the wisdom of your moving body. In movement, we release that which does not serve us, strengthen our centre and call in expansion, support and nourishment. Through the embodied presence of our dance we experience our creative potency and deepen our connection to life.
