What can Naturopathy treat?

Digestive system: dysbiosis, IBS, SIBO “small intestinal bacterial overgrowth”, constipation, diarrhea, ulcerous colitis, food intolerances, fatty liver, infections (e.g. helicobacter pylori)..
Nervous system: anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic fatigue, attention and concentration problems, Parkinson’s, dementia..
Respiratory system: chronic cough, Asthma, chronic bronchitis, respiratory tract infections
Immune system: bacterial and viral infections, seasonal and food related allergies, autoimmune conditions (rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Scleroderma)
Dermatological system: eczema, acne, urticaria, psoriasis, warts, skin infections, and within oral health: paradontopathy, gingiva “inflamed gums”…
Uro-genital system: PMS, perimenopause/ menopausal health concerns, hot flashes, menstrual syndromes, vaginitis, fertility issues, vaginal dysplasia, urinary tract infections, painful periods, prostatis…
Musculo-skeletal system: arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sprains, injuries, fractures, gout..
Cardiovascular system: high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome, arterisoclerosis, hypertension, irregular heartbeat, varicose veins, hemorrhoids…

THE GAZ TEST with Gazdetect monitor

Hydrogene gaz test (or HBT) is used as a diagnostic tool for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth and carbohydrate absorption, such as lactose, fructose, and sorbitol malabsorption. The test is simple, non-invasive, and is performed after a short period of fasting (typically 8–12 hours). Even though the test is normally known as a “Hydrogen Breath Test” we also test for Methylacetate, and sulfurous hydrogen in addition to hydrogen.

Hydrogen (the least dangerous): ascending colon can particularly bloat and cause many symptoms of putrefaction.

Methylacetate: the most aggressive and acidifying (a kind of hyper-acidic vinegar), conducive to candidiasis.

Sulfurous hydrogen: very rare, indicates an immunity already very degraded.

GAS PRODUCTION

Normally when fasting and at normal rest conditions, H2 is not present in human breath.
But when some substances are not digested, fermentation take place.
When some bacteria (called anaerobic bacteria) digest food, they produce acids, water and gases (fermentation).
The major gases produced by these bacteria include, hydrogen (H2), methane (CH4), Methyl-acetate, Sulfurous Hydrogen and other small concentrations of aromatic gases.
These gases are absorbed and diffused into the blood stream, trough the vascular system from the site of their digestion.
By this way they are conducted to the lungs for blood gas purification.
Gases diffuse across the capillary membrane into the alveoli in the lung.
From the alveolus they will appear in the expired alveolar gas from where they can be measured.

So, if either H2, CH4,H2S, NO, MA are produced biologically, it tells us that some food substance is somewhere exposed to some bacterial fermentation.

Initial consultation & evaluation

Prior to the consultation you will need to submit the online form. The initial consultation which usually lasts for around one to two hours will allow time for questions regarding your lifestyle, medical history, diet and general well being as well as a possible physical examination which could include anything from iridology (a study of the iris) right through to a diagnosis of the tongue, wood lamp, HP (helicobacter pylori saliva test) and Gaztest. See below for more details.

The more information is given, the more accurate the evaluation and the health protocol will be. From there a treatment plan will be formulated which incorporates all aspects of an individual’s life as opposed to just the area that is effected, this way the body has the optimum chance to heal itself.

The treatment plan may include advice on Nutrition according to your condition, lifestyle, exercise that will suit you and help you to speed your recovery, herbal medicine, homeopathic treatments, or other suitable remedies. As a part of an integrated health care approach you may be referred to your GP for a candida test, urine test, fecal matter analysis or blood testing among others. Or you may also be referred to a cranial osteopath or Osteodontic specialist or a holistic dentist and hygienist.

In 2016 I undertook training in Paris with Dr Bruno Donatini, through ECIM, which was designed for doctors and naturopaths and was focusing on immunity of the digestive system and mycotherapy.

Pathological conditions that can be treated:

Indigestion (and how to improve it!)
Dysbiosis, IBS, SIBO “small intestinal bacterial overgrowth”
Metabolic syndrome
Respiratory system (chronic cough, Asthma, Chronic bronchitis..)
Skin problems (eczema, acne, urticarial and psoriasis)
Joint pain
Anxiety, depression, insomnia
Chronic Fatigue
Attention, concentration problems
Virus and bacteria infections
Cancer support
HP “helicobacter pylori” in mouth and stomach
Paradontopathy, gingiva “inflamed gums”
Liver steatosis (fatty liver)
and more…

What happens after my gaztest

Depending on the level and type of fermentation, a suitable treatment will be proposed, mainly based on dietary supplements, but also and above all, a nutritional reform, with eviction of the Fodmaps and hypotoxic feeding. All the symptoms mentioned are taken in account and determine the proposed action.

It will soon be necessary to change the quote “we have the age of our arteries” into “we are the age of our mucous membranes”.

If you suffering of the above pathology or other problems related to your digestive system “see pic below” please be in touch and I will try to answer your questions on the best possible way.

We are still processing these major changes that are happening in our lifes. Physically and energetically very challenging…but its all good.

The first night, it was a thursday, when i put the Infinity Alignment Healing cards in place at the bar and told my employees a little bit about what i´m doing….a couple minutes after i finished…the first group of people came into the bar…and then another…and so on. The Bar was so full and everyone was having a fantastic time and it was one of the best evenings i´ve had so far in the bar (financially and musically 🙂 I really had to smile about it. So great. Thank you for your everything Jean Marc.

Sending you much Love from Germany
